Transfers
- Aubergine
Donating power or units to an ally
You can transfer power and units (droids) to allies to help them survive.
Click on the Intelligence icon to list all players:
You can do the following types of transfers, but only with allies:
Button | Notes |
---|---|
Transfer Power This button will transfer some of your power to the player. | |
Transfer Units Select some of your units and then click this button to transfer ownership of those units to the player. |
Warzone 2.x
In Warzone 2 and earlier, research and sensor data wasn't automatically sent to allies like it is in Warzone 3.x and later.
There were two extra buttons on the intelligence screen to compensate:
Button | Notes |
---|---|
Transfer Sensor Data This button sends sensor data to your ally, allowing them to see all parts of the map that you can see. | |
Transfer Technologies This button sends all your researched technologies to the player, enabling them to start using those technologies. |
Requesting transfers
Several AIs support truck and power donations if you use the right In-game Chat commands.
Stealing from the enemy
When it comes to enemies, the best tactic is to steal their stuff!
You can utilise the NEXUS Intruder Program via a Nexus Link Turret to capture enemy units, structures and even steal their technology and sensor data.

But remember, they can do the same to you – it's always a good idea to research Nexus Resistance Circuits if the enemy shows up with Nexus Link turrets.
There are also some notable mods that use Nexus Link technology:
- Ultimate Scavenger Mod – the Scavengers regularly steal your trucks and cyborgs, and sometimes even base defences!
- Contingency Mod – this adds a massive Nexus Link Fortress to the game, capable of assimilating anything that gets close!
For developers
Script developers can handle transfers with the following commands:
- eventObjectTransfer() – triggers when a unit is transferred between you and another player
- donatePower() – donate power to a player
- donateObject() – donate a droid or structure to a player
To change the button images, see: Images, Icons & Cursors.
