New Team War / Nexus Total War (NTW)
Added things like:
Mines– cyborgs could place several types of land mines, there were cyborg mine sweepers, and enemy units going over mines would trigger them
Nuclear power plant – the plant needed cooling towers (at least 2, preferably more) to be built nearby, otherwise it would overheat and even go in to meltdown.
