A droid that uses "legs" propulsion, for example a civilian or a scavenger machinegunner.You can work out if a game has scavengers enabled via the scavengers global, although this does not necessarily mean that there will be any scavs on the map (it depends if the map maker built scav bases in to their maps).
I have no idea how to detect whether there are civilians on a map (like in the Campaign).
