As it's name suggests, body.ini uses the same format as Windows .ini files.
An example is shown below:

The "bodypropulsion.ini" that comes with Warzone can be found here:
base.wz or base
stats
bodypropulsion.ini
If you want a "bodypropulsion.ini" in your mod, it should be stored here:
<your mod>.wz or <your mod>
Warzone 3.2 and above.
For Warzone 3.1 and earlier, use bodypropulsionimd.txt instead.
Your mod can include both files if you want it to work on all versions, but remember that certain features are only available in Warzone 3.2.
